If you want to know more about your body, find how to
care for your body through Self Loving, Cleansing,
Nutrition, how to feed our bodies, to nourish and
nurture our body as well as how to care for our periods
and our planet with our cycle, you will want to be here.
As well as this is a beautiful space to support women
and be supported on your path of Loving yourself more.
Self Loving-Techniques
on loving the self, how to treat yourself, how to think
about
yourself,
your body and how to massage your body for optimal
health.
Nutrition-
Learn how to feed yourself nutritious, simple food, how
to think about the food you are feeding yourself.
Focusing on foods that are good for the colon, how to
get enough fiber to keep yourself regular and feeling
more energetic and lighter.
Cleansing-
Learn how to clean your system so your organs can digest
and function better, which brings more energy, less
chances of toxins in the body, which means less chances
of cancer and heart disease-which are the top killers in
this country.
Cycles-Learn
how to take care of your period- the best things to eat
for your cycle, as well as learn your choices of healthy
ways to work with your period that are earth friendly,
as well as a new way of thinking around your period.
This is a very safe space
for you to come, open, heal, be in bliss, let go of the
pain, be supported and supportive through pure open,
unconditional love and heal by through it.
